"As we move into a future with vehicle options to suit everyone’s taste, bioethanol is still the superior option for performance, sustainability, and longevity. Food for thought." –Russ Evans, Under the Hood Radio Show Host and Mechanic Read more from the Motor Medics in the latest issue of Vital!
Last summer, President Biden issued an E15 emergency waiver to save consumers money at the pump amid record-high gas prices. As a result, E15 saved drivers an average of 16 cents and up to a dollar per gallon at the pump in some areas. That's a meaningful difference – and this summer should be no different. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) must act swiftly to ensure uninterrupted access to lower-carbon E15 and the cost savings it provides consumers. Last year, President Biden's emergency #E15 waiver helped save drivers up to nearly $1/gallon at the pump when fuel prices skyrocketed. This year we need the administration to once again protect access to lower-cost, lower-carbon #E15 for the upcoming summer driving season.
