She was a great leader in the PDSA project for the Referral Work queue. Shelly shows her care to the team as the Clinic Lead for the PAA's. Shelly cares for her fellow team members and the patients that come to the ENT Clinic. She is attentive and does her best to assist every patient.” “Shelly goes above and beyond in the ENT clinic; she has been working on the PDSA project for the WQ and making sure all appointments are scheduled correctly. Light it Red for Lymphoma makes lymphoma visible by lighting buildings and landmarks across the world in red September 15th. Here at Valley, we light the South Tower to show our support. Each person's experience with cancer is different, and coping with the physical and emotional impact of having lymphoma is unique to a patient's personality and situation. Terry delivers outstanding nursing care each and every day using her critical thinking skills and vast nursing experience. She has been a dedicated RN at Valley for many years. She ensures patients, visitors and staff are safe each and every day on the units where she works. She mentors our new staff and creates a welcoming unit for them. Staff seek out her expertise daily. She has been instrumental in our PACU units process improvement projects. Her humor creates a great culture on our unit. She is well respected throughout the organization.
