We're thrilled to announce that Ellen McClain, who joined Year Up in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been appointed Year Up's Chief Operating Officer (COO)! As COO, Ellen will ensure that Year Up's strategies and processes are supported with the right tools, technology, and controls for success, as well as serve as a key business partner and strategist, helping to lead the organization.
Earlier this month, Year Up shared the latest results from PACE a monumental, long-term evaluation study, which show that Year Up’s earning impacts continue to be the largest ever reported for a workforce program.
