They have poor support. They will deduct an amount even if you were able to inform them several hours or even days that you will not be able to attend the class because of unforeseen circumstances. I was even able to send them a proof. And yet, they still deducted huge amount from my salary. They do not offer real-time support always. There were inquiries that weren't answered.

- Low salary ang very high deductions. Penalty is unimaginably high versus the rate you get. - Support is not synonymous in this company. They do not provide help that the teachers need. They only wait for you incur penalty. - The policy they have is hardly fair. - Pre-employment training doesnot make the teachers equipped when it comes to using of their system. - Peformance Feedback only focuses in favor of the client without theoritical bases. - Learning Materials are substandard. Errors in the materials are evident. Materials should be reviewed before used.
