- Not a stable job and cannot be considered as a career. - Low salary considering the fact that they are earning much from those students you teach and they are only giving you 50 pesos per 30 mins. That is too low for tutoring international students. - Salary isn't per month but per booking. No booking no earning. - No benefits like SSS, Philhealth, Pag ibig, no doble pay for national holidays, no 13th month pay etc. - With 10% tax - Penalties for late and absent even if your reason is valid is 3x of what you may earn per booking. - The HR/acquisition team and even the supervisors are very disorganized and unprofessional! They will make you wait for weeks and they are only friendly at first. They are unwilling to answer your questions. - If you lose net connection and the lesson was discontinued... it's still on you and you have to pay (through deductions) them instead as penalty. - Boring job! No room for growth.

10% mandatory deduction as per BIR regulation Incentives could have been more than what it is right now Deductions are high but I would understand because we are the ones who open our schedule. There would be something wrong with you if you yourself would be absent from the schedule that you set.
