Pros

Opportunities of growth for those who want them. Your opinion is heard by the management. Coaching is constant. Though challenging, the work environment is very good and you feel glad to belong to a great team.

Cons

HR processes are not as fast as they should.

Pros

Hours were nice, people were ok to work with, weekends off, management was good to work with.

Cons

not organized, very boring job. Everyday was the same over and over again. Pay was horrible for the amount of work needed to get done. Jobs were being sent over seas too.
