Not much other than it’s a job that will pay you (a less than industry standard rate)

Cons

It should be known management creates false reviews and pressures employees into writing fake positive reviews. Aqualis sucks all around, the ceo wouldn’t dare bother remember your name or face even though the office is so small because so many people quit and hr gets bullied by upper management to do what they want. You’ll waste good years of your life here

The leadership makes the company a circus

I'm satisfied with my helpful and friendly co-workers.

Cons

The horrible leadership makes the company a circus. None of the managers are reliable and approachable, and you will only hear about them when they're assigning tasks to the employees. Moreover, the pay is terrible despite the management saying that it's competitive enough. Being average doesn't mean being competitive!

I you don't complain or ask for anything, the management will like you better.

Cons

The awful pay DOES NOT compensate for the time and work I've been doing for the company. Askinf for a raise only made management treat me horribly and rudely. Apparently, asking for what you want because you deserved it would be taken against you terribly. BEWARE!
