I love the longevity of the employees, we all have worked so long together it feels like family. The management team that I work with are professional and always have an open door policy. The HR person wears many hats and does a great job keeping employees engaged in moral boosting events through out the year.

Cons

Some co-workers take advantage of their managers, and from their actions an entire office will suffer the consequences instead of the employee being individually corrected.
