Flexible hours, bad pay plan. Bad management only cared about them selves.

Cons

The management was not professional. They they talked about customers and other emoyees . One day they would say you were the best then next day you were the worst. They would not follow up with customers. Benefits were way over priced.

In my 30 years of being in this business (hvac) I have had the privilege of working at some great locations. The support I receive from the ARS corporate office is unlike any other I have encountered. The people make the difference. Stacy Miller, Scott McAllister, Jason Hiller, Dave Hasewell & Scott Kasic just name a few. We are pushed but respected! That's a Big Deal!! Great to be apart of something bigger than myself.

Cons

Emails ... OMG! I have never had so many emails sent to me in my life. Necessary .. Absolutely! Just had to get used to it. And the micro management can be a little excessive at times!

There were no pros to this job, from my first interview the person that was supposed to be there did not show up and I should have caught sight of their ineptness from that day but I persevered and it only went downhill from there. Poor management, no training program, everything they promised on the application was false.

Cons

Not the place to apply for a sales position, the sales manager does not know anything about sales, makes promises that he and the company cannot fulfill, totally unprofessional in all aspects of business.

I have been with ARS for 9 months. Overall, I have had a positive experience. If you have the flexibility and are looking for upward movement, we have that. My management values hard work and professionalism. Giving back to the community and only providing superior service to our customers. Great opportunity to earn here. You receive a company vehicle and company gas card so miles don't have to go to personal work trucks. I am happy to have Medical benefits offered. Also I put towards my 401k and the company matches that up to a certain percent. I make good money here.

Cons

We are busy, but I make more money that way and I am prideful to go back to my family with the ability to provide for them.

None! This company sucks , it is only paying the bills... barely. They screw everyone over , multiple times before you leave

Cons

Management is very unprofessional , they talk down to you constantly. No one communicates and there's a ton of drama in the office. They will write you up off of hear say. No one looks forward to going to work, constantly worrying if they are the next to go. We've had mass lay offs, false promises. Extra work with no compensation , as a matter of fact our commission has been taken away. Terrible customer relations by management, leaving Low level employees to get screamed at by customers. Management not taking employees into consideration. Company is all about the money but prides themselves on the community. Employees constantly leaving. And no room to move up.
