Management is terrible its like working for a bunch of high school kids. There are favorites with in the company if your not part of the click you get no work! Stupid same day late jobs and they expect you to work till 12am all while messing with your pay. Does not know how to distribute work properly only if you are in the "Click" will you make good money…

Long hours, very disorganized, bad leads you spend all day running around trying to close, and micro management.

Not too many cons at this point. I have enjoyed my employment from orientation to job duties. Maybe once in a while there will be some mistakes, but they are fixed quickly.

management prefers "techs" that are good at sales or swindling, they give them preferential treatment. If you are an actual technician and are trying to help people without just ripping them off you will be stuck going on warranty calls to fix the swindlers mistakes for peanuts.

Could have busier stores. But really don't have any cons to bring to the table

Very poor management, leads not verified, go from one side of the town to the other to be micromanaged by very unprofessional management, management will lie to protect themselves to the upper management even though it was there call for final sale. No rotation on leads

Communication between management and departments is seriously lacking. Most everyone is doing their job, but because of the different personalities, there are a lot of disagreements and customers will suffer and be inconvenienced because of that. There are constant changes and meetings for those in the office are rare leaving most of us in the dark.Medical benefits are expensive.
