Pros

Nothing. The company does not cater to its employees.

Cons

No training. Supervisors never listened. Would assign 45 houses, and demand daily updates. Under paid. The company is only worried about money and closing homes. The company removed a Quality assurance department and made the PMs do extra work.

Room for growth The employees needs/concerns are always important Ownership is always looking for ways to grow as a team Learning and training is encouraged 100 %

Cons

If you are not a fit you will know it immediately and that might make you either feel very uncomfortable or make you want to leave because team work and hard work IS required. If you have a strong work ethic and love to work with the best, then this shouldn't be a con.
