Alvarez Construction is Family Oriented, Customer Driven and constantly pushing individuals to be the best they can be. Privileged and Honored to work for such an amazing company that cares about people and the community.

Pros

Half Fridays. Hour lunches between 10 to 2. 10 paid Holidays. Potential to get out in the field some and out of the office. Paid half Friday off for birthday.

Cons

Very unstructured. Never let's trade partners go who needs replacing. Unrealistic demands. Does not provide help when needed. Expect to work lots of over time unpaid to keep up with the demands. Low payment with no payment structure in place. Good work does not mean your entitled to a raise. Prepare to work as two people. They have a high turnover rate.
