Pros

The culture is one of the best I have ever experienced. This is a culture of growth, where we are open to new ideas and are honest with each other.

Cons

Lots of reading. But that isn't really a con unless you don't like books. I mean, who doesn't love books?

Pros

The only benefit to working at this company is they 2 weeks of PTO they "claim" you get once you are there for 60 days.

Cons

Hostile environment full of gossip and degrading things. Management does not care about this. Pay is below average for the work load. You will work ever minute on the hour with little to no room to breathe. The claims of ethic by the company are entirely false advertisement. Heavy volume of people being hired and quitting shortly after. If you do work here and decide its not for you, they will fire you on the spot for even putting in a 2 weeks notice.

Pros

1) Excellent leadership at the top 2) Family like culture, core values are important and its a very team-oriented organization. 3) Good pay and benefits 4) Excellent quality product

Cons

The housing market is going thru many price increases and material shortages. Not a problem created by Alvarez, simply one that exists.
