Cons
The owners/ people inside of the office DO NOT listen to the project managers. The PMs are basically: Sales, Customer service, QC, warranty, Project Managers, all in one. When bad vendors/Subs are placed in the neighborhoods, the company does not care. They insist that you "figure it out". (Even if they stop answering calls, texts, and emails. You better figure it out). This company has a lot of Chiefs with no Indians. The management team does not have the PM's backs. Yet the PMs are the reasons why the company is making money. I closed 10 houses in one month on my own and got fired the next week. They will use you and bring on another group. Everyone who I was hired with got fired or quit. You have to work extra hours (not comped) to meet the deadlines because homeowners send emails ALL DAY, and according to the company it is unacceptable to respond to emails at the end of the day. The expectations of the company vs. reality is bizzare. Unhealthy working environment.
