      Absolute dumpster fire

      Pros

      Nothing. Place is soul sucking every day with the new corporate policies implemented.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. Take 40 calls a day as an adjuster? You people are insane. Don’t worry, they’ve cut 4-6 departments, and they’ll cut you too. They literally don’t care about you. I’d highly recommend a unionization effort at this point to protect your wages and roles. Do not work for this company. Questionable business practices and deceptive marketing with their sister company, CarShield.

      New CEO trash

      Pros

      Quarterly bonuses, use of coolet to use for gift cards etc, use thrive for those that had other health benefits

      Cons

      Dissolved departments left and right, no QA no development/training. Cut down HR dept, just trash since the new CEO came along

      Don't take a job here if you work in Colorado

      Pay is higher than a lot of places for similar positions

      Cons

      Bad Managers If you are in Colorado, they are moving to 3 days in office starting in November/December 2023. Don't work here if you want a remote job, this is non-negotiable for anyone. Don't actively support growth, they will talk about it, but not give time to do it Lots of things with Scrum that management says they do, but they don't actually put into practice
