The new CEO has completely shifted the culture of this company for the worse. I used to love my job and my company, but now it’s just a place I clock in and clock out 5 days a week with no pride or sense of fulfillment. Morale is at an all time low and everyone seems to be afraid to stand up to the new CEO. I would no longer recommend anyone work here.

1) Lack of sense of urgency in different departments 2) Advancements take forever. My hair are turning grey waiting for an opportunity to advance. 3) The biggest con is going from hybrid model to 5 days a week and without any reasoning on this decision. Not sure how much of an impact its going to make going from 3 to 5 days a week. CEO is old school and needs to retire NOW! Most of the jobs at AEP can be easily done remotely or if not remotely, then hybrid, Other utilities such as Duke, New Era etc. has the hybrid model.
