- great coworkers - love the new markets in the breakroom

Cons

- lack of flexibilty for office staff. asking to work at home or hybrid is laughable - lack of bonuses twice in a row. It's not our fault that sales messed up the THD contract - lack of respect for HR. We should report to corporate HR, not Ops

Pros

AWC sales force is built with a family atmosphere Employees are cared for and asked to be candid with suggestions. Great team structure. If you want to work with a great team of leaders and people who care about you as a person, AWC is a top notch company. Treat all with respect and disclosure. A company that continues to increase in revenue and profit while maintaining a team foundation AWC has improved immensely regarding inclusion for all employees especially the sales force. Management trains and assists reps to work efficiently. This is the first organization I've been a part of that treats you with utmost respect, trusts your talents, while working in a non micromanaged environment. $1.5 Billion in revenue with a projection for $2 Billion within the next couple years.

Cons

AWC communication is good but could be more proactive. Some challenges, we tend to send communication in a reactive stage instead of proactive.

High Turnover Rate, They Hire people from all walks of life.

Cons

Toxic Work environment. Too much gossip. Favoritism, Reward by who you agree with not by performance. Management is disorganized.
