      Really enjoyed my time there

      Pros

      I worked here when it was RSI and then was transferred internally to PCS as a product engineer. Pros: Great people Ability to really affect the workplace in a positive way Pay Management

      Cons

      Cons: Many of the workers are temps which makes sustainability an issue Really need to be bilingual to maximize your effectiveness Some of the people can be dramatic and petty (only a few bad apples, definitely not the norm)

      Company vehicle and pay and flexibility

      Cons

      Job really isn't selling its merchandising and suggested ordering. At times you can sit in a Lowe's store for hours to drum up business with the Lowe's associate and customers asking about cabinets. Last rep here only lasted a year because of the general counsel regional mgr
