Pros

Decent pay, happy hour fridays, frequent food trucks, time off is fairly easy to get with a few caveats

Cons

Shills on Glassdoor. Some of these reviews are clearly curated by management. Always take these reviews with a grain of salt, mine included since this kind of thing self selects people who are unhappy, or those paid to fluff the average Severe micromanagement. There is little leeway in reaching daily goals regardless of outside circumstances. If you have to take a lot of phone calls that day, that sucks, you still better get the rest of your work done. Extremely high turnover. I have had more than 5 supervisors in under 4 years. You aren’t valued, and are easily replaceable. This isn’t necssarily the fault of management, it’s kind of the nature of a semi entry level position, but it would be nice to feel like what we do matters. Overtime expectations. Overtime is great if you can get it but it has to be approved by management and if they don’t approve it, you are expected to stay and work off the clock, which I’m pretty sure is illegal. No transparency. I have no idea what my supervisor and above positions do, and management evades giving a straight answer. Promotion beyond Account Rep 2 is difficult since I don’t know what is expected. Unequal pay. Like most corporations, they like to keep employees in the dark about what other employees make. Luckily I’m good enough friends with other employees so we talk and I found out I’m making significantly more than someone else doing the same job. Antiquated tech. I use a website that looks like it was programmed in the Clinton administration, and functions like it

Pros

Bagel day when we worked in office. Working permanently from home is nice.

Cons

There isn’t any leadership, processes, follow-through with executive leadership. Sales runs the finance department and drives the financial decisions. Losing customers constantly and not given resources to adequately do the job. Using accounting software that’s over 20 years old and we are a digital marketing company. I’ve been there over a year and don’t know what my department is actually responsible for.

Thank you for sharing your direct feedback. We regret to see that you are not having the kind of positive team member experience we strive for at Sincro. We’ve recently brought in new leadership in our billing department and improving processes is a priority. The current manager believes strongly in including team members when creating and refining procedures, as they are the experts and know best what they need. We encourage you to discuss your concerns directly with your manager. We are constantly evaluating our technology needs to ensure we are providing team members with the tools they need to perform effectively. We are currently investigating future upgrades to our accounting software. Sincro is proud to be a global business recruiting in both the US and India. We maintain a large loyal base of customers and are expanding our client list as the automotive industry increasingly discovers the advantages of our solutions. We’re pleased you are enjoying working from home. Employees told us they preferred to work remotely and we responded by bringing in our distributed workforce model. Team members love the flexibility and work/life balance a home-based office provides.

Pros

Friendly people I've met through the years. Ansira has helped me to realize what I dont want in an employer.

Cons

A lot of the 5 star reviews are from the higher ups urging new hires to write good reviews. So take those with a grain of salt. They run through CEOs like people are running through toilet paper during this pandemic. No one and I do mean no one is aware of what the company identity is. Upper management is too busy trying to place blame for losing valuable clients. The worst department to work in is formerly compliance, formerly TCMA and now CPM. We are literally the bread and butter of the company and treated like crap. You will be overworked. You will be micromanaged. You will have to abide by a 2% error rate or your job will be in jeopardy. If that doesn't wet your whistle. You will work on an antiquated green screen which breaks down multiple times a day. Making the numbers they use for productivity a joke. Your team lead will ask you take on more responsibility on the account with little recognition or increase in pay. Speaking of pay: severely underpaid for all the crap you have to deal with. Certain management have been working for the company 10+ years and have no business leading a team. Lateral moves are the only moves you’ll be making at Ansira. You literally have to wait for someone to leave before there is an opening in other departments. This company is the epitome of smoke and mirrors. Do yourself a favor and if you see a job listing for this company AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We are sorry this was your experience at Ansira. We acknowledge that we have had recent leadership changes, and they have been to ensure that we have the best team in place to drive us forward. We have also prioritized sharing our brand identity in more depth internally, most recently with Ansira Next and a series of WeUniversity courses to ensure the team is engaged and informed. In regard to Channel Partner Management, it is a critical core solution which requires low error rates that are typically set forth by clients. In order to support the team, we utilize tools to understand why errors occur, and take time to offer training to help drive team member success. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us, as we are always striving to improve the environment at Ansira. We wish you the best of luck in your career.
