Pros

Low brow culture if that’s your comfort zone. It sucks working at Aqua. No people of color in senior management. Management there is a sad and pathetic joke to what leaders ought to be. Quit.

Cons

They will use you, make promises that don’t come to fruition, NO work life balance. If you have a family you like to see, this slave driver is not for you.

Pros

Some of the people you work with.

Cons

Everything. Managers treat you like garbage. They keep the bad ones and force good people out. Act like they doing you a favor cause you employed. Thought new CEO would change things for the better but he didn't. They have no direction or communication and still don't care about employees. So called positive reviews are a joke. They had low rating so made some up. Read all the reviews for the truth.

Pros

It's a paycheck and the company is stable since it's a monopoly and the customers don't have a choice. There are some really good people working there in mid-level and lower-level jobs, although most of them are unhappy and looking to leave.

Cons

Management has one goal: make more money for themselves at the expense of customers and employees. If this company was in a competitive environment, most customers would go elsewhere. If the job market was stronger, most employees would go elsewhere. This company is so stuck in the past, I'm surprised they don't still use rotary phones and have a pool of stenographers taking shorthand. Several good employees left recently after LESS THAN ONE YEAR with the company. Others are looking to get out as well.
