I have never seen a management team that care more about making customers feel bad, using the slave tactics with their employees so that they can get bonuses and could careless if the customers are right- in their eye (Kankakee) the customers are always wrong. If you are friends with management you will not be required to do much, but if you are not, you will be bullied. Management has been there since the start of this location and still don't know how to do the job of a CSR. So they treat the customers bad because they lack knowledge. NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT.

Pros

I am able to work Monday - Friday with out having to work on week-ends and they never have mandatory overtime. Love the ability to do special projects and some time am able to travel to other states to visit with the customer face to face.

Cons

the area i work in is not fair when it comes to attendance. the supervisor comes in late and so it makes it hard to say something to others when the person that should be there on time does not. also those that work, they work harder and those that do not they let slide. really unfair in that respect. that includes promotions.

If you get the right manager, it’s a decent place to work.

Cons

The raises are pennies. Promotions are non-existent. You are basically scoffed at if you express and interest in advancement.
