Hard work but pay is decent with a lot of emergency over time

Cons

Biggest downside is the management, especially at the corporate level. They will preach everyone is “Aqua Family” but when the rubber meets the road they only care about themselves, covering for themselves, and lining their pockets

All of the employees are very nice and welcoming

I am a young adult, and was hoping to join to company that has a great corporate culture. There is no corporate culture at Aqua. You basically come to work sit at your desk and run out of there at 4:30. There isn't much interaction between the employees. Employees aren't often recognized or rewarded. Many employees complain about the way things are done from non-flexible work hours, policies and procedures. It is very old school, I was only there for 3 months and hated going in everyday.

The peaks are not very high and the valleys are very low. I read a recent review of another company in the same industry and the quote was "no one knows what they are doing or what the direction of the company is" . The same can be said about Aqua. It is not run like a $5B market cap business. It is run by one man who wont let go and even when he "retires" he will still be around. It is run like his own little toy and micro managed down to the light bulbs in the building.

Cons

id say see above. I am thankful to have a job. the CEO has rewarded himself greatly over the last few years knowing he is going to retire yet over the life of his tenure his employees have been paid an ABYSMAL salary. Its a joke. So far under the standard across the industry.
