Leadership is young and lacks experience. Some of them started with the company and lack managerial or even people skills. They hire young so they can keep payroll costs down. They are actually just a billing platform and use scrapers as their “technology” which is not a long-term business strategy. In some of the departments the culture is negative due to mangers setting the tone. Be prepared to be micromanaged. For most staff there is very limited room for growth. Remote working is discouraged except for the occasional bad weather.

The company preaches inclusivity yet you quickly see that the group think is real. Challenging opinions are not actually welcomed. Everyone you talk to is overworked and stressed, in fear of being terminated. New leadership is bringing in old friends and colleagues rather than hiring qualified people. If you do not conform to their beliefs, you will not fit in here. Oh, and ageism is REAL. The average age of the employees here has to be roughly 30, and that might be pushing it.
