Dear Technician, thank you for the “pro” and recognizing BTS talent and skills, we take great pride in our work and in the quality of our work. As I have replied to the tools and equipment’s already, I will add that we have established our internal system for keeping the tools service in place, with our new internal inventory store, the technician can check out the tools needed and once they check it back in, they can notify the Inventory Control about any issues with the tools, at which point, they are forwarded or dispositioned as needed. As a CRO, this type of industry is not for every scientist, working in a CRO requires a great passion for team work, accuracy and accountability and a scientific mentality driven by a desire for sound results.
