This is, without a doubt, the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. The rot starts at the top and trickles down. It is an absolute cesspit of favouritism.
Forget your skills, your experience, or your work ethic: they count for nothing here. The only thing that matters is who you know and, more importantly, who is sponsoring you. If you can find a senior manager to take you under their wing, you're golden. You'll get the promotions, the pay rises and the plumb projects, regardless of whether you're actually any good at your job.
Would I recommend working here? Absolutely not. Only join if you're comfortable with selling your soul and playing nasty political games to get on. If, like most people, you just want to do a good day's work and be recognised for your contribution, stay far, far away. This place will grind you down and make you question your own abilities. It's a shame, because it didn't have to be this way.
