Pros

Steady work. Not much else to say.

Cons

There are a lot of cons, unfortunately. Pay is $2-4/hr less than the industry standard, while benefits are on par. Not much growth potential at all. Some policies are adhered to strictly, while others are ignored completely.

I can’t think of anything positive to say.

Cons

Don’t do it. Very light on Accounting responsibilities, very heavy on Administration. Major responsibilities include ordering lunch for meetings and ordering office supplies. It’s where Accounting careers go to die.

The people that work there are some of the best in the business and upper management says they value everyone.

Cons

While upper management says they value everyone, they only value strong operations personnel. Non-operations personnel have no value to the company. Executives below the CEO are valued even less.
