Pros

Small company feel for a large company. Higher ups are very personable and approachable. Many programs for career advancement. Execs take an active interest in your goals and help you achieve them. They recognize talent.

Cons

Nationwide leadership or worldwide leadership can come up with policy's or initiatives that can be cumbersome. Typical of large company's.

Decent work life balance for a construction management company. Good pay, good advancement opportunities and good overall benefits. Company is committed to growing their employees.

Cons

The small/close family atmosphere can sometimes promote the negatives behaviors found in a common toxic family. The great close knit team camaraderie also allows negative viewpoints and gossip to pass thru the ranks uninterrupted.
