Pros

Work environment, co-workers, direct management support, family friendly environment, direction and feedback, excellent benefits program, generous pto policy, doing something to benefit the community.

Cons

Being a commissioned sales employee affords the opportunity to make a decent salary. But our pay is based on our sales being processed in a timely manner. There is no thought to the fact that if our applications are not approved we do not get paid. Those in charge of approving are paid hourly so they don't much care because they get paid no matter what. Egos put sales on hold to show they can. Meanwhile sales weekly pay is affected. Totally unfair! Sales does their jobs in making the sales but the ball drops on the other end making our jobs more stressful. We live week to week just like everybody else and have to work twice as hard as everyone else.

Pros

Great co-workers, paid holidays, M-F.

Cons

Management is horrid. Back-stabbing, lying, untrustworthy. If you are a favorite you can literally do no wrong, even when you are doing wrong, if you are honest, you are on a hit list and will eventually get fired. Management complains about other managers to their staff, so you know they complaint about you when they are talking to others. Unprofessionalism is epic in middle management, and upper management does nothing, is it because they like the show, they are incompetent and don't see it? Who knows. Too bad the management doesn't adhere to their same call for ethics, trustworthiness, integrity, and honesty that they do of accredited businesses.
