good rate of pay, but that is all the pros I can think of.

Cons

Serious lack of family life / work life balance. Bullying by manager who hadn't a clue about working in a pharmacy. Training not taking place but were still expected to complete tasks. Sick pay entitlement not paid, as down to managers discretion...where the bullying by management caused the sickness, and as the manager was a bully surprise, surprise no sick pay given. Severe depression caused by the treatment of the manager.

Pros

None, apart from working with some lovely people, and lovely customers.

Cons

Where do I start...not being paid correctly for three years, but staff can't speak directly to payroll to sort out. Working with broken equipment, shelves held together with sellotape, broken fridges (but apparently it's safe to sell food from a warm fridge) seriously under staffed pharmacy but constantly told your over staffed ( how one person a day is over staffed I will never know) how no boots customers have been killed (yet) is a miracle!! The whole universe revolves around no 7 the rest of the store seems like an inconvenience to boots. I could go on and on ... Boots is hands down the most disgusting company I have ever had the misfortune to work for! If you are thinking about working for Boots do youself a flavour just don't!!!!
