Pros

I feel very appreciated here. I like knowing my opinion is valued and sought. If you are a hard worker and want a career (not just a job), this is the right firm for you.

Cons

Technology and training are two areas the firm is trying to fix, but they are working on it.

Pros

Great people to work with, encourage you to grow for your sake, as well as to better the business. The shortened summer hours are a benefit - 36 hour weeks. Raises even in hard economic times, provided the business can afford it.

Cons

The cost for family insurance is quite high - around $800-$1000/month. Hours can get long, but they do make up some of it with shortened summer hours.

Thank you for your feedback! The cost of healthcare has skyrocketed for sure. B&R hopes that what we are currently offering offsets the rising costs of healthcare for our employees: paying a portion of the monthly premium, paying 2/3 of the deductible for the HRA plan, placing money into employee's HSA plan upon entry, and offering the Family Health Reimbursement . Our focus is to not only offer assistance with the cost but to make sure we offer great medical coverage to our employees.
