The greatest challenge facing Brainlabs is its leadership. Leadership is unapproachable and dismissive of employee concerns. Their style of management has fostered a culture of fear and mistrust, which makes it difficult for employees to feel valued and motivated. Mental health concerns are also not taken seriously. While Brainlabs is busy strategizing new business acquisitions, current employees are given little regard which leaves us stressed and burnt out. With an increasingly chaotic workload and pressure to meet unreasonable deadlines, work-life balance has become nearly impossible.
