The internal expectation is toxic - very much a “we’re family!” Environment that is undoubtedly meant to manipulate you. Often promising things to people so they don’t leave and then gaslighting them later when they ask about why it was never carried through, nearly all of their reviews are falsified - what I mean by this is they highly encourage every single new hire to leave a review and when you pay close attention, people will highlight that they’ve only completed onboarding. Absolutely no authentic review from corporate because they aren’t allowed to say anything constructive other than “what company doesn’t have growing pains hehe”. The purpose is to skew the rating as much as they can.
They have had multiple rounds of lay offs EVERY YEAR yet continue to hire? They continue to create incredibly dumb videos about how amazing of a place it is to work - it is NOT amazing to work for a place that offers no security and only cares for the bottom dollar. If they are a top place to work and doing as well as they describe, why do they lay off so often? It is not a normal part of growth as they will lead people to believe.
The therapist expectations are incredibly coercive and misleading, it is contributing to the absolute downfall of this field, and the pay is absolutely anbysmal and leaning towards better help. They can’t legally require UR but manage to encourage it, and their “salary” positions are absolutely awful for therapists. Don’t do it!
Whether corporate or clinical, I’d absolutely stay away.
