Competitive Pay Remote work opportunities Inclusive environment Strong Internal Communication Growing Company Strong Company Investment in providing a great product and great service experience

Cons

There are growing pains - this is a start-up and some processes don't exist or are getting established Inherited a bad reputation from the previous service provider - CenturyLink didn't invest in product and service upgrades - building company reputation will be an uphill climb
