Former reviewers noted there isn’t a clear path to career advancement - that has definitely changed with a recent re-organization and dedication to building out HR/People ops. While it’s not realistic to expect to be advanced every single year, with hard work the process is in place to be considered for promotions and new opportunities.
Cons
While the future of the company will have a centralized In-person location for future hires as we scale, current employees are remote and on multiple time zones. Some teams/departments have figured out their working dynamics in this environment better than others. A strong comfort with technology and a natural self-starter would make for a smoother start to a career here.
