Base salary was decent for an entry level job, slightly more than other similar jobs. Coworkers were very nice at least

Wow. High level management is completely out of touch with the day to day operations of the store. Lots of people who are terrible at their job are allowed to stick around at the expense of those who actually put in work, slowly sucking the life out of those trying to do their best and bringing the overall quality of work down significantly. Even the managers seemed to be working way too hard to make up for the crappy workers they had to manage. The store I worked at seemed to be all but forgotten by upper level management as they continue their push to expand. Everything in the store is out of date and needs replacing, the credit card panels didn't even have chip readers! The environment at the store fostered laziness and avoiding doing work. There were many more incentives to avoid doing work than to actually do your best. What a shame
