If you had asked me this 6 months ago I would give Carvana 5 stars and say absolutely you need to work there. What makes this job good is the staff and consistency for schedule.
Cons
The senior leadership is extremely unprofessional and showcase favoritism so blatantly. The rapid shift in culture and the false idea of them caring about their people are evident. Carvana was a place I saw myself at long term until this year. All decision making is based on numbers and metrics and they never consider the people. They pile on more and more work and never share an ounce of gratitude any longer. It’s such a shame to see the state they are in. They’re so focused on profitably that they forgot that if you don’t care for your employees you’ll never have a successful business. That’s why their attrition rate is through the roof this year.
