Pros
The people are great, the benefits are good. Energy efficiency is a admirable field of work.
Cons
I would like to have a positive review, but don't. I agree with most all of the negative review. The reason talent retention is so poor (and comes up in so many of the reviews) because the company is poorly managed in nearly all aspects - CEO, CFO, etc... and smart people will leave a company that is frustrating to work for. There is no work/life balance in most areas of the company. An internal company survey last year pointed out plenty of deficiencies. The company began to address them, but never followed up nor followed through with making any improvements, but that is most likely due to the poor communication and lack of work/life balance. You are told advancement opportunities are available, but the opportunities never seem to materialize.
