Pros
It was good in the beginning as it was a new office and a new team which promoted a lot of camaraderie because everyone was learning together. I felt valued and was able to put a lot of good structure in place to help improve processes.
Cons
After a time, I noticed a lot of good employees leaving the company and felt it was becoming a revolving door. Poor support processes in place, no career growth, IT systems were out-dated, targets were becoming unachievable. Regional management was out of touch and seemed to be concerned only about their own career. The small office was working in silos and information was not being shared. I received no support when I reported a bullying incident to my manager and HR. Our client was becoming impatient with our performance.
