Great environment, strong product, awesome colleagues
Pros
I love working here. The software is a really strong product, so easy to get behind; the company culture really makes it easy to build friendly relationships with other people there and the upper management encourages us to welcome our colleagues into activities we enjoy (e.g., yoga, company soccer team, and dance lessons). I can't speak for other departments, but the team I'm on works well together, gets everything done, and my supervisors are very good at making sure we're fielding the requests (from other departments) that are high priority and really matter, while not doing more than what we can actually handle with the manpower we have. Honestly, I could probably make more money somewhere else--but I choose to stay here because I love the place, the people, my team, and what I do here.
Cons
Salaries in certain departments (see above); no matching for 401(k); occasional blindness to the fact that old ways of doing things aren't always currently relevant.
