1. No growth (professional nor intellectual). 2. Job titles don’t mean anything. Everyone seems to be a manager but everyone ends up doing the same type of work. 3. - I have to agree with most of what the previous poster says - Pay: mediocre at best, can get by if you are single - Benefits: non-existent, no 401k match, very expensive mediocre health insurance, no bonus (you get a $50 “bonus” around Christmas) - Employee development: non-existent, no human resources department, performance review is a joke, pay rise if any depends on whether the CEO is having a good day or not - Work timing: All hell breaks loose if you show up 5 minutes beyond your scheduled time for no good reason.
