Employees are generally treated well Free lunch on Fridays, fresh fruit, juice, other little perks Smart people (mostly engineers) Few bureaucratic obstacles. Company is nimble when upper management makes a decision Decent vacation and compensation CEO is a capable hands-on manager Great product

Cons

Rigid workday schedule, no telecommuting Insular upper management team makes most decisions Plenty of nepotism (not necessarily a bad thing) View of scenic Burlington Mall
