Pros

My coworkers are incredibly helpful and understanding. Everyone works together to make sure everything gets done. There is also a constant learning atmosphere, so if you're a nursing student like me, people are happy to answer your questions and involve you in procedures (within your scope of practice of course).

Cons

The pay is not as competitive as a nursing home, but the environment is so worth it.

Pros

Patient Care is always in the forefront of this company's purpose.

Cons

Sometimes outside company's are brought in for assistance, when a hard look within would have sufficed.

Could be better/Great Peers

Pros

• Decent salary for the area • Staff try to do the best with what they have • Administration/Management is getting better • Some truly amazing peers. Have made friendships that have lasted years and through multiple moves and company changes • If you can learn who to go to within departments to get things done, it's very helpful and makes the process much easier • Many support departments are working on better processes. Always listens to constructive and helpful feedback (not just complaining without ideas)

Cons

• Too many layers of approvals, so it takes forever to get things done • Hard to move up in certain fields/positions • Some staff is allowed to slack and not reprimanded • Some are rewarded for complaining and challenging management instead of promoting those who work hard • Some management grandfathered in from pre-Clinic restructuring and not required to get Masters like new management in same level. •like all/many companies, they need more staff in a lot of areas (but there will always be that need) • Needs to remove politics/relationships from business decisions more often
