Pros

Good benefits if you are expecting a child, the company starts a college savings fund. Beautiful new building in the heart of Buckhead with a short walk through the parking garage to a very nice shopping mall. Adding new systems for better integration.

Cons

Being in the heart of Buckhead during the holidays is a nightmare, traffic in general is very heavy. New systems were not tested completely before being implemented resulting in an extremely cumbersome system, processes which should only take 15 min would be half an hour or more. Management allows unprofessional, passive-aggressive behavior and bullying is overlooked. No opportunity to transfer into other departments to try something different.

Great salary, bonus potential, company match 401K up to allowed by law (then $17.5K)

Cons

Training and Development was not on par with other Fortune 500 companies, practically non existent, no clear career steps in further promotion or on the other hand to improve performance, lack of constructive feedback, empty promises, long hours, lack of cross functional cohesiveness, lack of education on new systems, decisions made in a vacuum, conservative values impede on celebrating a diverse and open environment for minorities or those of LGBTQ employees and their families, management was top heavy at VP and above.

*Work-life balance, what's that? *Management cannot make decisions. Focus changes repeatedly during a project. *Favoritism, which has a negative impact on other team members. *No matter how much you give, they want more. *VERY political environment. *Gossipy *You almost can't leave because the money is so good, but it destroys your life.
