Pros

People are friendly in general, the atmosphere and management is different depending on what team you're on though. Half day Fridays during the summer months (June, July, August). Team events every two months or so which include a meal and an event out of office. Health and Dental benefits, excluding vision. The tech stack is modern and good if you're working in a projects or product team. Company has restructured into teams in the past year and overall delivery has improved. Core office hours are from 9am-3pm, so you may work from 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm as an example.

Cons

Salary for certain roles is not competitive with industry standards because the company is investing in company growth instead. There are many junior employees lacking experience. Profit sharing exists, but the revenue goals are never met since the company is going through growing pains. Don't expect a bonus till 2018 or later. Documentation is lacking and there is barely any training, you need to take the initiative to learn yourself. Sometimes expectations are unrealistic and overtime is required. Product has room for improvement and refactoring, it's not mature enough yet. Depending on the manager and team, good efforts may go unrecognized. Support is difficult since the legacy system tech stack and codebase is quite bad, without version control or documentation. The company has only started doing employee reviews as a standard in the past year so the process needs improvement. The salary reviews are only done once a year every December, some employees don't get raises for over a year, depending on when you join. Work from home is not culturally accepted yet.

Pros

I've been a developer at i-Sight for more than 4 years. Great people. Company is growing fast so that creates challenges, but lots of smart people and still learning lots. Good culture where people are laid back, but driven.

Cons

I wish there was more parking onsite, right now I have to park about 5 blocks away and walk.
