Pros

The team structure is fantastic. Priorities are clear, teams are collaborating and delivering high quality customer solutions. People are very pleasant to work with, the work and customer engagement is very rewarding. Management are very approachable and genuinely care about their people.

Cons

Competing project priorities can be a strain on resources.
