Pros
-The people, the developers at the project and platform level are 1st class, the majority are dedicated, interested in the new technologies, and just great people to work with. -New Project Team set-up, this has enhanced the work place community, enabled developers and BA's to work positively together -New concentration on QA, i-Sight needs to build teams with more QA, but the work they have done to hire excellent QA team members is already making a difference to the teams -Delivery Managers: adding accountable, well versed and experienced delivery managers has been a great move, many of the projects are getting done quicker and a lot of the "hanger on" projects have also been delivered -Concentration on Customer Relationships, i-Sight is loved by its customer base, all of the teams work very hard at pleasing the customer, delivering quality highly useable software
Cons
-There are some "old days" employees who are still employed, who work (or don't work) in a manner that doesn't make delivery a priority -We need more team activities -We as an Ottawa homegrown company should have a larger opportunity to help in our community and become better known, we are just as good as some larger high tech companies we need to raise visibility at the corporate and company level
