      Pros

      Learn a lot about insurance coverage, patient assistance programs, alternative government and state resources. Benefits are average but not that great.

      Cons

      Overworked employees resulting in lowering team morale. Management tries to compensate by providing free lunch but doesn't matter to those who are remote.

      Good benefits, controlled climate. location

      Cons

      I am sure this is the case at most large companies, but there was rampant favoritism. Last minute notification of manditory overtime. Problems brought to management usually not rectified. No merit raises. No opportunities to advance. Low pay.

      Pros

      Very relaxed environment. Young (age) staff. Parking. Centrally located near many highways and eateries. Good weather. Good place to learn the basics of healthcare reimbursement.

      Cons

      Pay. Young (experience) staff. Middle management lacks experience. People can get away with not working much. Not much opportunity for career growth. IT is very behind the times. Systems are very old, with no indication of upgrading.
