Sometimes the facilities are not the best.

-HR is dishonest. The recruiter stated this position was not a call center, when in fact, it is. -Management promotes those whom they are friends with, even if that employee is unqualified -High school mentality -Management is threatened by their employees when the employee is more educated than them, they do no encourage growth -They pick and choose employees to reveal program updates with. The rest of the team won't know until last minute. -Quality Analysts don't know the work process. How can they measure my performance when they don't even know how I should perform? I have caught so many of their errors. Their errors can negatively effect year-end performance bonus -"Put fires out" mentality. Everything is so disorganized and you will be blamed for others mistakes -You will be encouraged to work past burn out, I have suffered several panic attacks while at work -Promotions are rare, and some programs have "temporary restrictions" where you cannot apply to any other internal position until management lifts the restriction per their discretion -The work is mundane and not challenging. I stare at a computer screen doing the same 5 steps for 8 hours a day.
