      A lot of time spent working after hours for stuff that could be done during the work day

      Employee benefits Ability to work from home Access to newer technologies

      Cons

      Salary - Employee benefits and bonus structure means guaranteed pay is a lot lower than other places. Development Sweatshop - developers are expected to work around the clock to develop, test and verify software installations. Bad Leadership - Saw several great people demoted so that new management could bring in buddies for director level positions. High Turnover - A lot of turnover in the IT department due to the above reasons.

      Proud pre-merger. Fairly relaxed atmosphere. No accountability.

      Cons

      Old boys network. Work your tail off and no appreciation. This company will ware you down. Promote bullies. No advancement.
