Pros
Employee focused - Lash is one of the few companies that really cares about their employees Positive atmosphere - Foster an friendly, polite and professional atmosphere without being 'stuffy'. Motivating - Always make time to talk about goals and ambitions within the company. Fun - On-sit and off-site events were always well planned and lots of fun.
Cons
Often times, individuals were promoted through and by the cliques they associated with and not because of experience and education. I think many well-qualified persons were passed over because a friend (within a clique) was given the job. Mid-Level management was not as forthcoming as they should have been with pertinent and useful information that could improve performance. Management was not discreet when it came to discussing associates performance or other matters that should have been confidential.
